The Glen House Hotel was a grand resort at the base of Mount Washington, built in 1851. The resort was destroyed by fire in 1884, 1893 and 1967 after which it was not rebuilt. A new 65-room, 3-story hotel is planned in its place, utilizing a geothermal system to heat and cool the facility. Yeaton was engaged to design the geothermal system and complete the mechanical, electrical, plumbing and fire protection engineering for this project.
