Project Overview

Located in Berlin, New Hampshire, this Affordable Housing Education & Development (AHEAD) project focused on the rehabilitation of the old Notre Dame School. The historic landmark was redeveloped into 33 units of service-enriched housing for seniors, allowing residents to age in place for as long as possible. This project was a 2015 Plan NH Merit Award Winner; 2015 NH Preservation Achievement Award Winner and 2015 Added to the National Register of Historic Places.
