State of New Hampshire - Tobey Building

State of NH goes State-of-the-Art with Chilled Beam Technology

Project Overview

Built in 1930, the Tobey Building is a three story, 75,000 square foot building owned by the State of New Hampshire. Formerly known as the Tobey School, it closed its doors in 2009 as a result of decreased attendance and budgetary constraints. In 2012 and 2013, the State of New Hampshire proceeded with extensive upgrades and renovations to breathe new life into the building and provide centralized headquarters for the Department of Employment Security. The State began occupying the newly renovated building in May of 2014.
