Weeks Medical Center engaged Yeaton Associates, Inc. to develop a mechanical, electrical and plumbing facility master plan that included existing HVAC systems definition, infrastructure capability analysis, and recommendations for improved electrical service and energy-saving upgrades. As part of the master planning effort and infrastructure capacity analysis, Yeaton conducted a feasibility study that ultimately supported a new power plant as well as the installation of a new biomass central boiler plant to complement the hospital’s existing oil fired plant.
